Oh my God, it's winter! When did that happen?  Weren't we just floating the Madison on a beautiful, warm evening?  Didn't we fish gulpers last weekend in shorts and flip flops? Are salmonflies really done with already. Somebody stop this wicked merry-go-'round. I wanna get off.

The high temperature on Sunday was a stunning 12 degrees BELOW zero. It's snowed a little more than a foot in the last few days and more is on the way. The forecast is calling for a high of negative 5 on Friday.
